Leadership Coaching and Professional Development for Individuals and Groups

Thanks for coming to check out what BOSS Leadership Coaching and Professional Development is all about.

Let’s have some fun!

I will answer a couple of questions about what coaching means here for BOSS Coaches. If you like what you see, allow us the honor of becoming your coach for your development needs and the different opportunities to specialize for an enhanced experience.

What makes you passionate about coaching?

My passion for coaching comes from wanting to help clients feel seen, heard, and valued so that we can get to the true nature of what goals they desire to achieve. I was once a client who did not receive that type of care or attention from a coach. So, today I want to not just be inspirational with a client, but impactful.

What is your professional background? How do you leverage this experience to help your clients?

I have 20-plus years of professional experience at various leadership levels. Served in varying capacities in the military, telecommunications, manufacturing, various technology modalities, and nonprofit spaces.

This experience has afforded me the ability to hold an authentic space for my clients that is cross-culturally informed to be present and model empathy at its highest level.

What is your educational and coach credentialing background?

I am an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

What in the world does that mean you ask?

That means I have over 500 hours of direct coaching leaders and teams across industries from Telecommunications, FinTech, Manufacturing, Higher Education, Mental Wellness, Medical Industries like Pharma, Gene Therapy, Nonprofit, and so many more.

I hold several coaching certifications that allow me the tools to work through the areas of transformational leadership, organizational development, emotional wellness, engagement, and performance. My higher education degrees build to a comprehensive understanding of Organizational Leadership which affords me the opportunity to conduct research and deep dive into how leadership influences and impacts organizations.

What is your coaching philosophy?

My philosophy about Coaching can be summed up in a phrase I truly believe in. “I coach people, not position descriptions.”
Coaching is all about addressing an individual’s goals and how they provide them with meaning day-to-day.

What does this look like in action you may ask?

It looks like a day when everything is going off the rails. Coming into a session as an Executive and the space is created for the person of you to get some attention. Yes, you, the goals, KPIs, OKRs, and whatever other business stuff will be waiting. If you do not address what’s going on with you all of those things will be impacted by a less than optimal person.

Again, my philosophy introduces you as the expert and master of self thus co-creating a space that can be dynamic and fluid at the same time. The upskill for you is to understand not to judge yourself. The empowerment of understanding or not to see yourself as good or bad but as being.
